They rent silent disco headphones for private events of any kind to make your event a party! Come give them a test drive and who knows, maybe you will need them for your next party.

The 24 Hour Theater Festival
Back by wildly popular demand, our 24 Hour Theatre Festival once again invites community members of all ages and levels of experience to join us for a mad, thrilling, delightful opportunity to create and perform a brand new play... all in 24 hours.
As if that weren’t enough, the climax of this year’s festival will be the announcement of our 2025/26 season of plays and musicals!

Liberty Theater Presents: Arthur The Tree
Arthur the Tree is a multi-instrumental artist based out of Ketchum, Idaho. After nearly a decade of experience in music production, he is finally taking to the stage to give you an eclectic distillation of his most powerful inner experiences. Drawing inspiration from various musical genres and wisdom traditions, he hopes to use music as a contemplative and transformational tool to understand who we are, where we come from, and where we are going.
Liberty Theater Presents: Aaron Golay w/ MYLO BYBEE
Loud, yet tender WITH HIGH ENERGY engaging live performances are what stand out with AARON GOLAY. Aaron is an Idaho born and raised singer/songwriter whose songwriting has formed a distinct shape over his first three album releases. A blend of Americana, Roots, Rock, AND Soul make every song a story you'LL immediately remember. His big soulful voice creates a familiar yet unique framework for his lyrics to deliver memorable tales of hell raising, sorrow, and raw emotion.

Sense and Sensibility
When Elinor Dashwood's (Emma Thompson) father dies, her family's finances are crippled. After the Dashwoods move to a cottage in Devonshire, Elinor's sister Marianne (Kate Winslet) is torn between the handsome John Willoughby (Greg Wise) and the older Colonel Brandon (Alan Rickman). Meanwhile, Elinor's romantic hopes with Edward Ferrars (Hugh Grant) are hindered due to his prior engagement. Both Elinor and Marianne strive for love while the circumstances in their lives constantly change.

Liberty Theater Presents: Hillfolk Noir w/ Dump Rules
Built on more than 15 years of tradition, today’s Hillfolk takes their acoustic guitar, double bass, and “anything you can find at a hardware store” sound and integrates driving drums and an electrified sound, kicking down limitations to create a vibe that goes beyond their Americana “junkerdash” roots. Want to call it bluegrass’s trouble-making cousin? Fine by us. A bit of string-band blues? Sure ‘nuff. A concoction of electrified rockin’ soulful folksy witchcraft mayhem? Now you’re talking, mama.

Liberty Theater Presents: Trevor Green & Friends
With the release of Green’s latest single ‘Come Undone’, Trevor showcases a raw and more personal side to his music, giving an even deeper and reflective space to his songwriting. This latest offering emotionally weaves together the raw and emotional elements of the human experience while simultaneously sharing the common current of Green’s music, trust and reverence for the natural world's ability to provide answers to our deepest questions.

Emma
In this adaptation of Jane Austen's classic novel, pretty socialite Emma Woodhouse (Gwyneth Paltrow) entertains herself by playing matchmaker for those around her. Her latest "project" is Harriet Smith, an unpretentious debutant, while Emma herself receives the attentions of the dashing Frank Churchill (Ewan McGregor). However, Emma's attempts at matchmaking cause more problems than solutions and may ultimately jeopardize her own chance at love and happiness.

Comedy Night
Come enjoy a night of comedy as some of the best up-and-coming talent from Idaho and Colorado grace us with their presence and jokes at the Liberty Theater. Get ready for a night of fun and laughter. Featuring Ian Yearsley, Dana Fuller, Nick Hahn and Zander Yuan.

Liberty Listening Room: Nat Lefkoff + St. Terrible
Nat Lefkoff is a musician dedicated to distilling the human condition and disarming listeners. His music displays the honesty, vulnerability and intensity of his lyrics and performance. Nat's music is more than a collection of chords and sincere words. It is the experience of life, pain, and hunger masterfully articulated into song. He has gained popularity throughout the West Coast and beyond through persistent touring and has earned many hundreds of thousands of online streams in the process.

With boots worn thin from relentless touring, they've crisscrossed the country, honing their craft and delivering electrifying performances, leaving a trail of devoted fans in their wake.

Pride and Prejudice
In this adaptation of Jane Austen's beloved novel, Elizabeth Bennet (Keira Knightley) lives with her mother, father and sisters in the English countryside. As the eldest, she faces mounting pressure from her parents to marry. When the outspoken Elizabeth is introduced to the handsome and upper-class Mr. Darcy (Matthew Macfadyen), sparks fly. Although there is obvious chemistry between the two, Darcy's overly reserved nature threatens the fledgling relationship.

The Wild Robot
Shipwrecked on a deserted island, a robot named Roz must learn to adapt to its new surroundings. Building relationships with the native animals, Roz soon develops a parental bond with an orphaned gosling.

Cesar Chavez Night
Eduardo Chávez, the grandson of renowned civil rights leader César Chávez and Cuban revolutionary Max Lesnik, upholds the legacy of two influential families dedicated to activism and social justice. His deep-rooted commitment to political activism influenced his feature documentary, Hailing Cesar, released April 2018.

Liberty Theater Presents: Shadow Work
SHADOW WORK is an indie, psych-rock trio. Their pastel, dreamy guitar textures, labyrinthic bass tapping riffs, and agitated jazz grooves create the framework for a tortured, soulful narrative.

Anora - CANCELLED
Anora, a young woman from Brooklyn, gets her chance at a Cinderella story when she meets and marries the son of an oligarch. Once the news reaches Russia, her fairytale is threatened as the parents set out for New York to get the marriage annulled.

An Evening with Brian DiJulio and the Love Jacks
The LoveJacks will be performing a tribute to Bruce Springsteen, followed by our original and favorite rock songs. This event will benefit the NorthWest Parkinson's Foundations, as well as the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
“I'm happy to announce that after two brain surgeries (DBS) and six steroid shots and two spinal surgeries, I'm finally going to get back on stage and give it my all in support of Parkinson's research.”

Baye & Asa creates movement art projects directed & choreographed by Amadi ‘Baye’ Washington & Sam ‘Asa’ Pratt. They are one of Dance Magazine's "25 to Watch" for 2022, and are recipients of Dance Magazine's 2023 Harkness Promise Award.

Blizzard of Aahh’s
The Liberty Theater is proud to present The Blizzard of Aahhh’s, the ultimate ski film classic, with a special appearance and Q&A by Mike Hattrup. Directed by Greg Stump, this legendary film redefined the sport, showcasing the raw energy and adrenaline of extreme skiing. Featuring icons Scot Schmidt, Glen Plake, and Mike Hattrup, and set against breathtaking global backdrops, this film’s high-energy soundtrack and rockumentary style cemented it as one of the most influential ski films of all time.

The Boondock Saints
Tired of the crime overrunning the streets of Boston, Irish Catholic twin brothers Conner (Sean Patrick Flanery) and Murphy (Norman Reedus) are inspired by their faith to cleanse their hometown of evil with their own brand of zealous vigilante justice. As they hunt down and kill one notorious gangster after another, they become controversial folk heroes in the community. Wood River Orchestra Winter Concert
The Wood River Orchestra returns to the Liberty Theater in Hailey, where it all began in 2007. The concert will feature a couple of different configurations of the orchestra showcasing its different sections, incorporating works for string orchestra, string quartet, and wind & brass ensemble. Admission is free as always, and the concert begins at 4pm at the Liberty.

Liberty Theater Presents: Andrew Sheppard & David Henry
Andrew was born and raised in Hailey, Idaho, and moved to Los Angeles after high school where he honed his skills as a writer and musician. He is a singer/ songwriter and performer who gave a remarkable performance on the NBC Television show, American Song Contest. He competed on behalf of Idaho playing his new single "Steady Machine".
David Henry and his band bring elements of country, folk, rock, and soul to every one of their passionate, ambitious perfomances. Three-part harmonies, ascended guitar leads, a driving rhythm section, and fiery songwriting delivers a show that is unmistakably David Henry.

Liberty Theater Presents: Kellen Smith w/ Raina Wallace
Kellen Smith is a singer/songwriter from Gillette Wyoming. He is a University of Wyoming graduate, and a fifth-generation cattle rancher. He began playing guitar and writing while in college at Laramie, WY. Smith's devotion to crafting songs wrapped in western stories and imagery offers a unique perception for the listener to enjoy. He is backed by Wyoming’s infamous 5-piece “Nate Champion Band”

Liberty Sponsored Silent Disco at Rotarun
Welcome the March Worm Moon with some boot scootin' disco dancin' under Rotarun's Friday Night Lights! The folks at Liberty Theater have partnered with Rotarun to host the inaugural Full Moon Silent Disco. The dance floor will be outside on-snow with DJ Jack Rabbit Slim spinning vinyl on one of the three DJ channels!

Jimmy’s Wave Presents: Big Water Theory
This event is the kick-off fundraiser for Jimmy's Wave, a playwave on the Big Wood that will be built in honor and memory of local legend Jim Grossman. In the past year, engineers have determined that a playwave is feasible at Lion's Park in Hailey. This event aims to raise enough funds to cover further design costs for the wave and keep the project rolling!

Wicked
Misunderstood because of her green skin, a young woman named Elphaba forges an unlikely but profound friendship with Glinda, a student with an unflinching desire for popularity. Following an encounter with the Wizard of Oz, their relationship soon reaches a crossroad as their lives begin to take very different paths.

One Ocean Film Tour
The One Ocean Film Tour is a series of ocean-loving films focused on adventure, the aquatic environment and inspirational stories. The tour was created in 2020 with the vision to increase awareness about ocean protection and conservation by sharing films made by people who have dedicated their lives to the ocean and all her glory.
